house needed Orion Schools

I am moving to the Orion School District (Henry County) from St. Louis. I am looking for a house to rent in the school district. I would like to do a lease purchase possibly. I have seen a couple of homes for sale that could work for me but with relocating I need to rent or have someone purchase it and lease back to me. I am use to doing creative real estate from experience with Real estate transactions here.
