Need 3 bdrm to rent

Hi,
I work with World Relief and we resettle refugees. I need to rent a 3 bedroom apartment or a house under $750/month for lease 6 mo or less by Sep 1st.
Refugees are legal to the US and expected to work. World Relief pays their expenses for first six months or until they find jobs.
