Due to a long and assinine situation that I will spare you, I find myself owning an up down duplex at 1135 18th ave East Moline. I hadn't been there since 2001 until last week. The down is 4 bedrooms, the tennants have been there for 10 years and want to stay or buy on contract, they pay 650/mo. The up is 2 bedrooms and currently vacant, would bring 400.00.

I got out of rentals because a few years back my heart quit (just for a little while...) and I don't want to be back in it. I owe $50K, If interested, call Ray at 309-737-4762.
