:Me and my wife own 50 percent of a 36 apartment complex. We do all the paper work and Micro manage the manager and maintenance people. We handle all of the calls from the manager and maintenace people 24/7. What is this worth to the other owners ? We think its worth 10 percent of the gross income. Are we right ?
