For July, vendor member Petersen Plumbing will give a presentation on rental property plumbing maintenance, with an open question and answer session. A question brought up regarding backflow prevention valves in supply lines and compliance with Iowa law to be asked. John Peavey with Absolute Specialists air conditioning contractors will also give a brief presentation on HVAC maintenance.
